Epoxy flooring is our craft
We don't split our focus across polished concrete, tiling or every other floor on the market. Epoxy is the only thing we do — on garages, interiors, driveways, patios and commercial floors alike — and that is exactly why ours last.
- We grind the slab, never acid-wash it Diamond grinding opens the concrete so the coating bonds into it. Acid washing is faster and cheaper — and it is why so many floors peel in sheets within a year.
- We don't use cheap, inferior products We know precisely what goes on your slab because we manufacture it ourselves to a high standard. Our systems are mostly solventless, so there is no strong smell drifting through the house during the install.
- We have seen what fails Moisture, contamination, a new slab still moving: after coating nothing but floors since 2011, we flag those risks at the quote rather than halfway through the job.

How long does an epoxy garage floor last?
A properly installed epoxy floor can last well over 10 years with maintenance. Sydney's climate is harsh on bare concrete, but our UV-stable coatings are engineered to handle the heat, humidity and sun exposure typical of the region.
How long does installation take?
Depending on the size and condition of the garage, the typical process takes two days from start to completion. If more time is needed, we take the time required to ensure the floor is prepared and finished properly.
Is there a strong smell during or after the job?
No — and that's a deliberate choice. A lot of floor coatings on the market are heavily solvent-based, which is where that harsh, lingering chemical stench comes from (and why some homes need airing out for days). Our systems are mostly solventless, so there's very little odour during the install and nothing hanging around afterwards. You're back in the space sooner, without the fumes drifting through the house.
What colours and finishes are available?
Our unique Garage Blend range offers choices for all environments and colour schemes — from timeless colours that stay current to something more distinctive. The decorative flake finish also holds its appearance better over time than many traditional painted floor coatings.
Do your garage floors chip or crack?
On their own, our coatings don't typically chip or crack. Where cracking does appear it is usually related to new slabs that have not fully settled, or underlying movement in the concrete. During assessment we can identify signs that future movement may be likely and flag any concerns.
How long before we can use the garage again?
You can walk across the floor and start moving items back in after 2 days. Cars should stay off the floor for the full 7-day curing period.
What is the best way to keep the floor clean?
Cleaning is easy — in a home garage, nothing stronger than warm soapy water and a pH-neutral detergent. For stubborn marks, a soft bristle brush with detergent is a good start, or a mild paste like Gumption.
Do you do slip-resistant finishes?
Yes. Slip-resistant finishes are included as standard, which matters in Sydney's wet weather and for anyone with kids, pets or older family members using the space.
Do you do one-day installs?
No — one-day installs suit the installer's schedule, not your floor. The fast-cure coatings that make them possible rely on a very short bonding window, and rushing prep to hit a one-day deadline is how floors end up peeling months later. We take the time your floor actually needs, so it doesn't need doing twice.
